职责描述：

申请者应对建筑设计专业充满热情，希望在朱小地建筑师的指导下获得长足进步。应具备参与主导设计的能力和项目全过程设计的相关经验。

任职要求：

-具有建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历及以上学位；

-具有城市更新相关经验的设计师优先；

-具有较强的概念方案设计水平；

-具有熟练的演示软件（如PowerPoint、Adobe CS）及使用Rhino 、Stable Diffusion、 AutoCAD 和 Revit进行3D建模的技能；

-具有良好的团队工作能力；

-有工作经验者优先；

-有海外教育背景者优先；

-申请者须提供设计作品集和相应介绍。

Junior Architect

Job Description:

The applicant should have a passion for the field of architectural design and aspire to make significant progress under the guidance of Architect Xiaodi Zhu. They should the ability to participate in lead design and have relevant experience in the entire process of project design.

Architect Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or related fields;

-Designers with urban renewal related experience are preferred

-Has a strong level of conceptual scheme design;

-Proficient in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Adobe CS) and 3D modeling with Rhino, AutoCAD,Stable Diffusion and Revit;

- Have good team working skills;

- Preference for those with work experience;

- Preference will be given to those with overseas education experience;

- Applicants are required to provide a design portfolio and corresponding introduction.
