This position is responsible for smooth and efficient daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity within an organization.

Job Description

- Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Develop, implement, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize process efficiency and compliance.

- Maintain documentation related to inspections, audits and accurate administrative data to provide analysis for decision-making.

- Serve as a point of contact for various stakeholders, including clients, the operation team and management to address project specifications, timelines and general queries.

- Participate in project management to coordinate workflow and provide support for operations.

- Schedule and coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and other relevant activities.

- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues swiftly to minimize disruptions.

- Report to Operation Manager and Regional Director.

Qualification / Requirement:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Apparel merchandising background

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Familiar with computer software, preferably Microsoft and quality management software

- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure

- Self-motivated, well organized, proactive, and a good team player
