Responsibility scope
1. Daily procurement work
Provide satisfactory services to all departments. Organize training of company policy to end users.
2. Procurement compliance
Make purchasing category to optimize purchasing channel and meet saving target. Ensure that all responsible purchasing behaviors comply with national laws, company policies and regulations. Ensure the integrity of purchase data.
3. Track, implement and optimize the purchasing process
a) Participate in long-term projects and fixed assets preparation and specific procurement activities
b) Follow up daily purchasing activities; participate in supplier selection, contract signing and execution, invoice payment tracking, etc.
c) Optimize purchasing process and improve work efficiency
4. Purchasing financial indicators
Reduce procurement costs and ensure annual savings targets are met on time.
Job requirements
Education/experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in purchasing and supply management or similar with logistics and purchasing knowledge.
Special knowledge
1. Familiar with national laws, regulations and American anti-corruption laws.
2. Proficient in company's procurement systems.
Skills
1. Fluent in English both in writing and oral.
2. Good communication and coordination skills, be familiar with purchasing operation process, capable of developing new suppliers.
Knowledge of mechanical, chemical, financial, etc.
