We are seeking an experienced buyer to procure and plan for all building materials and home improvement products. This individual, by nature, must have a high level of energy, drive, and initiative to identify other products that are salable in the market.

Areas of responsibility for the Buyer role will include （but not be limited to）:

● Sourcing new suppliers and vendor relationships for building materials and home improvement products and continuously developing existing suppliers.
● 持续开发新供应商（建筑材料和家居产品）
● Analyzing trends and updating forecasts as necessary.
● 分析市场趋势和预测未来方向
● Coordination with logistics head
● 配合物流部门
● Proactively taking the lead to resolve quality problems with suppliers. This includes problem-solving with suppliers on new product development, including transportation, packaging, and specifications.
● 主动积极与供应商解决质量问题，包括新产品开发问题解决，运输/包装/产品细节等；
● Other tasks assigned by management.
● 其它公司指派的任务

Qualifications（学力和资质要求）:
● Proficient in both spoken and written English.
● 英语听说写流利。
● Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management,foreign trade or any related field
● 大专或以上学历，专业：工商管理，对外贸易或供应链管理。
● At least 2 years’ experience as Purchaser, and Buyer.
● 至少1-2年及以上工作经验（有海外公司国内办事处Sourcing经验者优先）
● Multi-tasking, highly organized and can work with less supervision
● 能独立完成多种任务，有较高的自律性，能在较少的监督下完成工作。
