Job Description
1. Lead Testing Team to perform the qualification test on component / drive level according to R&D project plan, to ensure product compliance with GB/IEC standards.
2. Highly build up and develop team competence and test strategy on product qualification, and trouble shooting for better serving company business.
3. Participating in development projects as experts and responsible for system testing architecture and its realization.
4. R&D Lab management in professional level including test facility, 5S and EHS related.
5. Efficiently technical support within cross-function e.g. trouble-shooting, 8D failure analysis, problem solving, product compliance etc.
Requirement
1. Over 3 years working experience, MV drive or similar power electronics device system testing and certification and team management experience is preferred.
2. Bachelor or above on electrical engineering or automation
3. Familiar with the principle, qualification and testing of MV drives
4. Good knowledge on system testing architecture and lab management system
5. Quality assurance, failure analysis and problem solving method
6. Excellent team leadership and coaching skill
7. Good knowledge of GB/IEC standards
8. Fluent oral and written English
