Job Description
1. Design of experiment, test plan and instructions to ensure product quality and robustness
2. Setup test platform, execute test cases, test data analysis and reporting
3. Troubleshooting and improvement measure implementation if any failures
4. R&D Lab management including 5S, EHS related, test facility development and maintenance
5. Support cross functions on product troubleshooting and sample qualification
Requirement
1. Bachelor or above on electrical engineering or automation
2. Familiar with electrical and electronics components
3. Familiar with the principle, testing and qualification of MV drives
4. Good knowledge on product reliability testing, including temperature, humidity, environment, etc.
5. Quality assurance and problem solving method
6. Excellent time management and team collaboration
7. Good knowledge of GB/IEC standards
8. Good technical writing and English skill
