Responsibility
• Define requirements specification for motors with Product management department.
• Collaborate with suppliers/partner for new product portfolio of Motors development (Asynchronous motors, synchronous motors.).
• Design to cost /product care activity after new product released.
• Technical Support for other function Headquarters, Center of Competence, Customer Services, Assembly shopfloor, etc.
• Components care related on motor side (Brake, encoder, inverter.).
• Technical support for Motor relevant Certificate

Your profile.
• Bachelor or above with over 3 more years working experience; Electrical related majors.
• Good knowledge of motors, not only technical focusing but product application as well
• New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management experiences, geared motors experience preferred.
• Powerful sense of responsibility, excellent communication skill, learning ability and teamwork spirit.
• Fluency in English or German is preferred.
