- Supplier Management：Optimize the Supply Chain for commodity, and enhance the resilience & reliability，to fulfill the Company strategy & Product strategy. E.g.: Sourcing, SCD, Quota...
- 供应商管理：优化所负责物料的供应链，加强供应链的可靠性及弹性，以符合公司发展策略及产品策略. 如：新供应商开发，供应链多样化，供应商供货比例调整等
- To finish daily job with high effeicency & high quality, coordinate with OP to ensure the customer order delivery in time. Such as: sourcing, price comparison, SDD, SAP info maintain...
- 高效且高质量完成日常工作，与执行采购配合，确保客户订单及时交付。如：新物料寻源，比价，定价, SAP信息维护等…
- Standardization：Contribute to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, procurement guidelines, IT systems).
- 标准化：有助于执行并且确保使用全球定义的方法，流程和系统以保证流程的高效和合规。
- Negotiations：Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings.
- 谈判：准备并主导与中等采购金额的供应商谈判，并获得最大的可行的节约。
- Savings and Relevant KPI：Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.
- 节约和相关业绩指标：价格下降构想，文件化并执行，如CNI；制定计划，监督并报告以期达到相关的业绩指标并对整体业务有所贡献以及使结果透明化。
- Supplier Management：Support supplier management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency and high procurement quality.
- 供应商管理：支持供应商管理流程（如：认证，选择，评价，发展，分级）；更新供应商评价体系以获得并发展最佳供应商，并确保透明度和较高的工作质量
- Customer Interface：Ensure a close cooperation with internal customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement.
- 客户接口：确保与内部客户（申请者）的紧密合作以确保关注客户并早期介入
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- 完成领导交办的其它任务。
Who are we looking for?
- Advanced technical/product knowledge about mechnical & casting, have motor/generator knowledge will be better
- 深入了解机械，铸造方面的技术/产品知识,同时了解电机或发电机知识更佳
- Several years of experience in procurement as well as cross-functional cooperation
- 多年采购经验以及跨部门合作经验
- To be expert in procurement commercial knowledge
- 精通于采购商务知识
- To be experienced in negotiation skill & experience
- 具备丰富的谈判技能和经历
- To have basic quality knowledge of mechanical/casting parts
- 具备基本的机械, 铸造物料的质量知识
- Operation Microsoft, SAP, presentation
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备SAP操作经验以及报告能力
- To have knowledge of contract law
- 具备合同法律知识
