l Contact shipper and checking booking information such as cargo status, readiness.

l Communicate with Shipping carrier and checking Sailing Schedule.

l Follow up Issuing B/L and issue invoice to collect local charges to shippers.

l Take care of any inquiry by HQ and Overseas Clients.
