岗位职责:
1. 开发和测试新型电池中催化电极材料,以提升催化活性,提高产品寿命,适用温度范围,以及安全性。Develop
and test novel catalytic electrode materials for batteries to enhance catalytic activity, improve product lifespan, operating temperature range, and safety.
2. 与生产合作,开发并验证新型电池中催化剂等相关活性材料的产品、生产工艺以及质量检测方案。Collaborate
with production teams to develop and validate products, manufacturing
processes, and quality inspection protocols for catalyst-related active
materials in new battery systems.
3. 组装电池,并进行电化学测试,以分析电极活性材料和电极组成对电池性能的影响。Assemble batteries and perform electrochemical testing to analyze the impact of electrode active materials and compositions on battery performance.
4. 参与电池失效分析,对失效材料进行分析表征。Participate
in battery failure analysis and conduct characterization of failed materials.
5. 能够熟练使用各种分析技术(如SEM、XRD、XPS等)和电化学技术(如EIS和CV)对催化电极材料进行表征。Proficient
in using various analytical techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD, XPS) and
electrochemical methods (e.g., EIS, CV) to characterize catalytic electrode
materials.
6. 分析电化学测试和材料表征结果,理解电极催化材料性质对产品性能的影响。Analyze
electrochemical test and material characterization data to understand the
influence of electrode catalytic material properties on product performance.
7. 记录并分析实验结果,与团队成员共享并展示实验成果。Document
and analyze experimental results, sharing and presenting findings to team members.
8. 开发并提交相关知识产权。Develop and submit intellectual property (IP) applications related to research outcomes.
9. 完成上级安排的其他项目。Complete other projects assigned by supervisors.
岗位要求:
1. 拥有材料科学、化学工程、化学、物理或相关领域的博士或硕士学位,研究方向为电催化、燃料电池、可充放电池或其他电化学器件。
2.有在同行评审期刊上发表高质量学术论文的经历。
3.动手能力强,有自主设计搭建实验平台、器材的相关经验者优先。
4.能够理解电池、电池组件及其在电池内部的相互作用,
5.拥有2年以上电池制造商或电池研发公司的电极材料研发相关工作经验者优先6. 熟练掌握电化学测试方法,如EIS、CV等
7. 熟悉并有使用分析工具的经验,如SEM、XRD、XPS、XRF等
