岗位职责
1. Responsible for conceptual and detailed design of new products according to market needs and customer requirements.根据市场和客户需求,完成新产品概念和细节设计
2. For the new product development and product issues happened on site, design and execute the test. 针对新产品开发或者项目中出现的产品问题，设计及执行产品测试。
3. Prepare the BOM articles, product information and manual for new products.
为新产品创建材料清单料号，制作产品信息和产品手册。
4. Provide technical and engineering support to company’s part localization activity including providing drawings,clarification on design, part function, part qualification, etc. 在公司本地化活动中提供技术和工程支持，包括提供图纸，设计讲解，零件功能，零件确认等
5. For some non-standard projects, prepare BOM and support some related teams to place the order.针对非标项目的要求，提供材料清单并支持相关团队下单。
6. Support the aftersales team to solve the installation or product issues.
支持售后团队解决安装或产品的问题
7. support the sales team and help them to achieve the order. 为销售团队提供技术支持，帮助销售团队拿到订单
8. Investigate the competitors and markets regularly and designedly.
定期或者有针对性的做竞争对手调研以及市场调研
9. The other job which is assigned by the company and line manager.公司及上级领导安排的其他日常工作
What do I need to qualify for this job? /任职资格
1、Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 机械专业本科以上学历
2、Min. 2 years of experience in designing industrial or as a technical support.
两年以上产品设计或者技术支持相关工作经验
3、With poultry experience is a plus 有家禽行业背景优先
4、Proficiency in 3D/2D, preferable for Solid Works 熟练使用Solid works等三维软件，能熟练使用3D/2D软件
5、Computer literate with good knowledge of office software 熟练使用电脑办公软件
6、Knowledge of engineering principles, logical thinking with the ability to solve complex problem and complete multi project 有处理复杂事物的逻辑思维能力，有同时处理多个项目的管理能力
