岗位职责:

1.Execute the Global Swine technical and scientific plan defined by the Head of Swine GTSS to address field issues and deliver unique, value-added solutions tailored to the Chinese market and local costumer business issues and aligned with global Swine strategy.
执行全球养猪科技计划，解决现场问题，为中国市场和当地客户的业务问题制订独特的、有附加值的解决方案，并与全球养猪战略保持一致。
2.Ensure the effective implementation of the technical and scientific plan by engaging in various projects that enhance the Discovery pipeline and explore innovative concepts specific to the needs of the Chinese swine market.
参与各种加强开发管线和探索针对中国生猪市场需求的创新概念项目，从而确保科技计划有效实施。
3.Collaborate with the Innovation Department to develop new solutions and concepts.
与创新部门合作开发新的解决方案和概念。
4.Conduct tests, trials, and studies to assess the significance of new solutions and their feasibility for market rollout in China, ensuring benefits for Adisseo’s customers and strengthening our scientific presence among competitors.
进行测试、试验和研究，以评估新解决方案的重要性及其在中国市场推广的可行性，确保安迪苏客户收益，并增强我们在竞争对手中的科学影响力。
5.Support market access activities to ensure the go-to-market of our solutions.
支持市场准入活动，确保我们的解决方案顺利上市。
6.Propose innovative concepts to address challenges in Swine nutrition and health.
提出创新概念，以应对猪营养和健康方面的挑战。
7.Facilitate continuous education and training for both internal Adisseo teams and external partners.
为安迪苏内部团队和外部合作伙伴提供持续的教育和培训。
8.Enhance Adisseo’s scientific and technical expertise and reputation by publishing research findings and presenting at conferences particularly those relevant to the Chinese swine industry.
通过发表研究成果和在会议上（特别是与中国养猪业相关的会议）进行演讲，加强安迪苏的科学和技术专长及声誉。
9.Facilitate effective two-way communication and coordination between the GTSS Swine team and regional to ensure updates on Swine scientific developments (including RICA) and field technical actions in Swine within China.
促进 GTSS 猪团队与区域之间的有效双向沟通与协调，确保更新有关猪科学进展（包括 RICA）以及中国猪领域的现场技术动态信息。
10.Establish and expand a scientific network on Swine’s Nutrition & Health within China.
在中国建立并扩展关于猪营养与健康的科学网络。

1.PhD in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field with a strong focus in Swine health and nutrition.
拥有动物科学、兽医学或相关领域的博士学位，且专注于猪健康和营养方向。
2.At least 5 years of experience in the Swine production industry in China.
在中国养猪行业至少有5年的工作经验。
3.Strong Swine technical & scientific background.
具备扎实的猪技术与科学背景。
4.Strong understanding of Chinese market trends and challenges in swine nutrition and health with the ability to analyze and interpret these trends to develop innovative feeding strategies.
深入了解猪营养与健康方面中国市场的趋势和挑战，并能够分析和解读这些趋势以开发创新的饲料策略。
5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
具备出色的分析和解决问题的能力。
6.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a matrix organization.

7.Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

8.Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory.
