岗位职责:
1.Implement Adisseo China business strategies in KA segment,
贯彻执行安迪苏中国大客户的业务战略
2.Achieve KPI in line with KA business budget
根据KA业务预算,确保业务目标的达成。
3.Dealing customers complaints with cross function departments
协调其他部门及时地处理客户投诉;
4.Make up KA work plan and account plan, including new products popularization and current products sales
完善大客户业务计划,包括但不限于新产品的推广和现有产品的销售活动;
5.Collect customer and competitor intelligence and update marketing team
收集客户和竞争对手情报,并分享给市场团队
6.Develop and evaluate potential KA customers
开发和评估潜在的KA客户
7.Provide supports to other function department, including system, financial and supply chain relative work.
给其他职能部门提供必要的协调,包括但不限于设备方面、财务方面给以及供应量方面相关工作。
8.Work closely with area sales team to manage the KA。
与区域销售团队紧密合作,管理区域层面的大客户。
9.Manage the collection of receivable from KA
KA客户的回款工作
10.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
1. Bachelor degree, major in Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Business or related.
本科学历,动物营养学、化学、生物学、商科或相关专业。
2. 5+ years' working experience in sales, marketing or business development.
5年以上销售、市场或业务拓展工作经验。
3. Strong sales skills and channel management skills to lead KPI achievement.
强大销售和渠道管理能力,保障销售KPI的实现。
4. Capacity to interact with senior management in local management teams.
能够与本地管理团队的高级管理人员互动。
5. Good market intelligence and good customers analysis ability.
良好的市场智慧以及良好的客户分析能力。
6. Be familiar with the application of popular IT tools in business, e.g. Excel, PPT etc.
熟悉常用IT工具在企业中的应用,如Excel、PPT等。
7. Good communication intelligence.
