岗位职责:

1. Familiar with the indirect purchasing principle and able to apply among different end user department’s business to meet the requirement of internal stakeholder with continually chasing for the cost reduction opportunity and actions
熟悉间接采购原则，能够在不同最终用户部门的业务之间应用，以满足内部利益相关者的要求，并不断追求降低成本的机会和行动。
2. Support Indirect manager for the Indirect purchasing procedure and implemention in Adisseo China region.
支持间采经理在安迪苏中国区的间接采购程序和实施。
3. Set and execute the Adisseo China indirect purchasing strategy for assigned sub categories, including but not limit to R&D, IT, professional service and logistic etc.
为指定的子类别制定并执行安迪苏中国去间接采购战略，包括但不限于研发、IT、专业服务和物流等。
4. Full purchasing process execution from PR to payment.
从PR到付款的完整采购流程执行。
5. Supplier management, negotiation, PO/Contract, audit, supplier evaluation.
供应商管理、谈判、采购订单/合同、审计、供应商评估。
6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisors
上级主管安排的其他任务。
7.Ensure that my work activities comply with the company's labor discipline /HSE regulations.
确保本人工作活动符合公司劳动纪律/HSE规范要求。

1. Bachelor's degree or above
本科或以上学历
2. 7 years or above purchasing experience
7年以上采购经验
3. Fluently English communication in both written and spoken.
流利的英语书面和口头交流
4. Strong communication and problem solving skill
较强的沟通和解决问题的能力
5. Knowledge of service purchasing
服务采购知识
6. Professional in working tools( SAP, excel, PPT etc.)
熟悉工作工具（SAP、excel、PPT等）
7. Could work under pressure, customer orientation, result driven and self motivation, able to adapted to innovation and create innovation
可以在压力下工作, 以客户为导向，结果驱动和自我激励，能够适应创新并进行创新
8.Set an example of compliance in daily work in accordance with local regulations, company policies, HSE policies (health, safety, environment, security, energy saving and low carbon etc.), code of conduct, etc.
