负责调色工艺技术和生产协调工作。

招聘要求：

1. 教育水平： 本科以上学历，理工科毕业；

2. 工作经验： 五年以上汽车涂料或修补漆、工业涂料等涂料相关行业，有调色配色工作经验。

3. 管理能力：可管理3-5人小团队，管理和指导技术项目。

4. 沟通能力：英语可做为工作语言，阅读技术资料、回复邮件，愿意学习和持续提升。

5. 有团队合作和协作精神，工作认真负责有担当。

Work together and coordinate with related interfaces to meet BASF and legal requirements

during daily operation

Cultivate a safe,reliable and cost-efficient working environments to fulfill market demandby driving continuous improvementProvide technical solutions orrecommendations for new product introductionand troubleshooting.New manufacturing technology introductionby driving defined projects/tasks within BASF

Be responsible for the lab management.
