负责财务部门的日常工作,配合管理团队的管理需要,提供财务支持。
Lead finance daily operations in compliance with both Metso principles and Chinese practices, support management team for decision making.
Main responsibilities 主要职责
1、 Follow the monthly closing schedule ,ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations;
遵循月度结账计划,确保准确、及时完成月末结账及对账工作;
2、 Cooperate with operational team to implement cost saving plan, optimize product costing and support quotation module;
与运营团队协作,落实成本节约计划,优化产品成本核算并支持报价模块;
3、 Manage net working capital optimization (receivables, payables, inventory) and prepare cash flow forecasting properly;
优化营运资本(应收账款、应付账款、存货),并妥善编制现金流量预测;
4、 Lead financial cost center planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for the company;
全面参与公司财务成本中心的规划、预算编制及滚动预测工作;
5、 Partner with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate monthly /quarterly/yearly tax filings (VAT, CIT, surcharges);
与税务经理协作,确保月度/季度/年度税务申报(增值税、企业所得税、附加税)的准确性;
6、 Implement and monitor global internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance, timely report issues and risks to management;
按照内部控制要求工作,以保障资产安全、确保合规性,及时向管理层汇报问题与风险;
7、 Cooperate with internal and external audit, conduct periodic risk assessments and lead remediation of internal/ external audit findings;
配合内部及外部审计工作,开展定期风险评估,并牵头整改内外部审计发现的问题;
8、 Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement;
指导并培养财务团队成员,培育责任感、创新及持续改进的文化氛围;
Ad hoc analysis per business requirement;
根据业务需求的其他工作;
To succeed 任职条件
1、本科学历,财务,会计或相关专业;
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related subjects
2、具备10年生产企业工作经验,2年以上带团队经验;
10 years of experience with manufacturing environment, minimum 2 years of team management/supervisory experience
3、纯熟的MS OFFICE技能, 熟悉ERP系统操作;
Skillful with Excel, familiar with ERP system
4、熟悉公司法,合同法,中国税法等相关法规,熟悉中国及国际财务会计准则;
Wide scale of knowledge in contract law, company law, tax laws and regulations, GAAP, IFRS
5、备良好的跨部门协作能力,熟悉企业流程;
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, strong understanding of business processes.
6、具有ERP系统上线经验者优先考虑;
Prior experience in ERP system implementation or go-live support is highly preferred.
7、优秀的解决问题能力和语言表达能力;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8、良好的英语读写能力,口语可以基础交流;
Proficient English literacy with functional verbal communication.
