Job responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
3. Competitive Intelligence: Have a clear analysis of all competition on domestic and international market, and Benchmark the best ideas
4. Work closely with financial and sales department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way. A good example here is working directly with sales people for improving their sales associate skills and competencies
5. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more
6. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
7. Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
8. Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
9. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
10. Coordinate, manage and monitor the marketing with various departments in the organization.
11. Establish strong KPI for Marketing team and business developer team
12. On weekly base check and present result to all team and find out solution to bring higher numbers of leads
13. Monthly analysis with all directors and finance team to review all the results
14. Monitor the development of our new APP for our industry
