Job Descriotion:
> Research and analyze consumer demographics, media consumption habits, and purchase interests in target growth markets > Support the development and execution of user acquisition campaigns across paid marketing channels
> Assist in creating segmented user personas and content strategies based on consumer insights and support the localization of creatives, messaging, and campaigns for different markets
> Conduct campaign performance analysis and generate reports/recommendations and stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends in key markets
> Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
> Experience interning at a major internet product company with exposure to user operations preferred
> Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to independently identity issues/opportunities and formulate solutions
> Ability to align cross-functional resources to enable win-win outcomes
> Adept at getting to the heart of complex problems and prioritizing root causes over symptoms Additionally:
