Recruitment Type: R&D Engineer in Technical Center

1． 工作职责:
根据公司需要和客户要求，饮品的调制与研制（主要是 果蔬汁饮品），为实际生产指导、应用、开发新工艺和新产品.

Prepare and develop beverages (primarily fruit and vegetable juice drinks) according to company needs and customer requirements, providing guidance for actual production, application, and development of new processes and products.

2.负责新产品配方及生产工艺的开发，以及生产工单的制作。

Responsible for developing new product formulas and production processes, as well as creating production work orders.

3.负责产品的小试、中试的技术支持。

Provide technical support for product trials at small-scale and pilot-scale stages
4.关注同行竞品市场产品，定期进行分析，结合公司经营规划，提出合理化建议方案；

Monitor products from competitors in the market, conduct regular analyses, and propose reasonable suggestions and solutions based on the company's operational plans.

5.负责对供应商提供的物料测试试用对比，确定生产使用的物料。

6.负责客户提出的产品问题支持，以及必要的客户拜访。

7.做好产品配方的输入和归档。

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历，食品工程、食品质量与安全或相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in food engineering, food quality and safety or related;

2. 设计新产品配方与工艺，编写新品的工艺技术文件；

Develop new product formulas and processes, and prepare process technical documents for new products;

3.2年以上食品产品开发经验；

More than 2 years of experience in food product development management;

4熟悉食品加工工艺，具有扎实的专业知识和研发能力，擅长并了解各种食品添加剂、营养强化剂之特性。

Familiar with food processing technology, with solid professional knowledge and research and development capabilities, good at the characteristics of various food additives and nutritional enhancers

5良好的沟通协调能力及分析能力，观察力强，团队合作精神良好。

Good communication and coordination skills and analysis skills, strong observation ability, good team spirit.
