1. Support GM-BD (MC) & Chengdu to formulate business
development strategy to expand station commercial business in Mainland China.

2. Organize market study, consumer insight study, local commercial activities， monitoring or other necessary big data analytics to support the strategy formation.

3. Work with GM-BD (MC) & Chengdu and BD Team to engage
external stakeholders, set up engagement plan to secure support to The Corporation including but not limited to business set up, manpower contribution, resources allocation.

4. Manage internal communication to align support from internal
business partners on business plans and to communicate the business plans with BD team.

5. Lead the daily business negotiations for new joint ventures with the guidance of GM GM-BD (MC) & Chengdu.

6. Lead the daily works of set-up of operation mechanism (leasing, operation, project, safety, etc.,) of new joint ventures with the guidance of GM GM-BD (MC) & Chengdu.

7. Lead or overlook the daily operation works (leasing, operation, project, safety, etc.,) of all existing and new joint ventures with the guidance of GM GM-BD (MC) & Chengdu.
