职位描述

1.Supports and contributes to the roll-out of the SHE strategy, management system and SHE qualification program;2. Analyzes & evaluates the implementation of SHE processes and standards and initiates actions for continuous improvement;3.Continuously checks compliance with legal and

other requirements by doing spot checks and compliance assessments;4. Checks machines, working equipment and processes prior to implementation and activation and documents technical release;5.Advises supervisors and employees on SHE topics and conducts trainings and campaigns to increase awareness;6.Supports responsible persons in handling and documentation of chemical substances incl. substitution checks, evaluation of environmental aspects, risk assessments, ergonomic assessments ;7.Compiles and analyzes SHE KPI and reviews

their performance to derive countermeasures and improvement potentials.

8.Preparation of visits of authorities and fire insurance, compass assessments and internal and external audits of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 and conduction of internal audits in other plants;9.Fire prevention officer for plant

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

B.S. Degree in mechanical engineering or Automotive;Excellent written and spoken English skills; Knowledgeable in ISO14001,ISO45001；Knowledgeable in 8D for incidents;Experise in internal audit and have SHE internal auditor

certifiction; Good communication skill;
