1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering

2. 10+ years of experience in quality inspection and equipment evaluation

3. Certification in Quality Control/Inspection (ISO 9001 or equivalent preferred)

4. Strong knowledge of power equipment and compliance auditing
5. Knowledge of power equipment standards
6. Adequate leadership and communication skills

Job duty:

1. Oversee complex inspection projects

2. Mentor Q/A engineers

3. Develop and implement quality control procedures
4. Conduct factory inspections and witness testing of electrical and mechanical equipment.
5. Evaluate compliance with power equipment，SEC and GCC Lab specifications and standards.
6. Document and report findings from inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
7. Identify quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.
8. Ensure proper implementation of manufacturing best practices
