Nature and Scope:

The main purpose of the position is to act as
Finance BP of project managers to provide support and guidance from finance
perspectives to project team, to help on decision making and risk &
opportunity management. The position is also responsible for monthly closing
analysis, Budget and Forecast preparation, and local statutory audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Controlling:

· Support project managers in the use of PromoCore file, check actual cost
booking, review cost-to-go, review provisional cost, review cash curve, review
risks & opportunities.

· Participate in project reviews with main focuses on reviewing and
challenging project financial performance including margin and cash. Review and
drive POC (progress of completion) which lead to Sales and Margin recognition.

· Support project managers on different project financial matters, verify hourly
rate and hours distribution, validate cash curve, support bank guarantee
issuance, raise hedging requests...

Budget and Forecast:

· Drive and prepare annual budget and forecast, review with management
team, submit in DigiPilot tool to Headquarter for the KPIs including order,
sales, margin, overhead, EBIT, cash in, cash out…

· Collect data of load hours and verify the productive hours vs capacity
hours, verify the utilization rate, and calculate absorptions based on the
right level of hours. Calculate hourly rate during annual budget process and
publish at the beginning of next year.

· Identification and analysis of deviations between Actual vs Forecast,
Actual vs Budget, propose and drive action plans to deliver financial
commitment.

Monthly closing & audit support:

· Prepare and analyze operational monthly reports including financial and
nonfinancial data; explain financial number deviations with linkage to business
activities.

· Regularly follows up balance sheet items (working capital, capex, ...)
and implements

specific corrective actions when needed.

· Support on providing data for local statutory audit and annual tax
filing.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or Master degree, with minimum 5 years’ experience on
Accounting / Controlling related works in international companies. Experience
on Project Controlling is a good plus.

· Proficient in office, data analysis, structured and logical reporting /
presentation.

· Time management ability, good interpersonal relationship, attention to
details, logical thinking, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and
team spirit.

· English as a working language.
