Responsibilities:
1. 根据工件图纸（3D/2D）进行CNC加工程序设计工作
2. 熟练使用和操作creo 软件， 熟悉CNC 仿真软件TEBIS/ Vericut 或者其他类似软件
3. 熟悉加工中心（YASDA/SODICK等），或有WEDM（电火花线切割）/CNC 加工背景
4. 有相关连接器零件加工经验
5. 负责加工工艺，可以优化工艺线路
6. 对新的加工技术研发设计有所了解，有自我驱动的学习能力
7. 持续的降本驱动能力，能够带领团队提升加工效率
8. 工装夹具设计，超精密加工的开发
Qualifications:
1. College or above degree and engineering background
大学及以上教育背景,工程专业
2. 10+ yrs. in in high precision part fabricate and tooling workshop management experience in Connector industry.
10年以上 精密连接器工件加工及车间综合管理经验
3. Know well about high precision part fabrication process and optimization，and technology
精通机加工工艺 设计及优化，和新技术的应用
4. Good logical thinking, teamwork, communication skills, and innovation consciousness
良好的团队合作及沟通协调能力,逻辑思考和创新能力
5. Strong sense of responsibility and can work under high pressure.
高度的责任感，以及一定压力下工作的能力
6. Effective response and activity about parts fabricate issues and project schedule, can work under pressure.

7. Basic English communication skill
