岗位要求：
1.新产品的开发前期，对产品进行开模可行性分析。
In the development of new products, the feasibility anaysis of product mold opening
2.制定模具开模方案，制作模具DFM。
Make mold develop solution, make mold DFM。
3.负责模具从开模到试模以及交付过程。管理模具工期确保模具按期交付。
Responsible for mold from opening to testing and delivery process. Manage mold schedule and ensure mold delivery on time.
4.改进现有量产模具的问题点，优化注塑工艺，指导注塑生产。
Improve the problem points of the existing mass produdtion molds, Optimize the injection molding process, andquide the injection molding production.
5.熟悉行业内的新技术并负责模具新技术的引进。

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，材料成型及控制工程专业优先。
Master or Bachelor degree in Material Forming and Con
trol Engineering.
2.7年以上工作经验，至少5年模具相关经验，模流分析和项目经理经验者优先。
MVore than 7years work experience, minimum of 5 yearsexperience of Mold design, moldflow and project manager is in priority.
3.熟练使用办公软件，word,excel,PPT 和Project;熟练使用3D软件，如Pro/E,UG,Moldflow.Computer software to include, Microsoft
Word,Excel.owerPoint and Microsoft Project; 3d drawing softwaresuch as Pro/E, UG,Moldflow.
