工作职责 Job Responsibilities
负责公司整体运营领导和管理生产、供应链、质量、设备、EHS 等工作,确保公司高效、安全、环保、精益运营,达成成本、质量、交付、安全、环保等关键绩效指标,提升公司市场竞争力。
Take charge of the company's overall operation leadership and management of production, supply chain, quality, equipment, EHS, etc. Ensure the company's efficient, safe, environmentally friendly, and lean operation; achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, quality, delivery, safety, and environmental protection; and enhance the company's market competitiveness.
I. 岗位职责 Job Duties
统筹管理 Overall Management
全面负责工厂的工作安排与协调,确保生产流程顺畅,高效完成生产任务。同时负责对接当地政府机构。
Take full responsibility for the whole company’s work arrangement and coordination, ensure smooth production processes, and efficiently complete production tasks. Meanwhile, be responsible for liaising with local government agencies.
EHS
领导 HSE 管理部门建立和完善 HSE 管理体系,确保公司安全、环保、健康运营。负责 HSE 事故的调查和处理,制定预防措施,防止类似事故再次发生。负责制定和实施 HSE 培训计划,提高员工 HSE 意识和技能。确保公司遵守所有相关的 HSE 法规和标准。
Lead the HSE management department to establish and improve the HSE management system, ensuring the company's safe, environmentally friendly, and healthy operation. Be responsible for investigating and handling HSE incidents, formulating preventive measures to avoid recurrence of similar incidents. Take charge of formulating and implementing HSE training plans to improve employees' HSE awareness and skills. Ensure the company complies with all relevant HSE regulations and standards.
生产优化 Production Optimization
运用丰富的机加工经验,把控生产过程,优化生产流程,监督设备维护,保障生产效率与设备正常运行。
Utilize rich machining experience to control production processes, optimize production workflows, supervise equipment maintenance, and ensure production efficiency and normal operation of equipment.
质量管控 Quality Control
严格执行质量控制措施,运用专业知识解决现场质量问题,确保产品符合标准和法规要求。
Strictly implement quality control measures, use professional knowledge to solve on-site quality issues, and ensure products meet standards and regulatory requirements.
资源协调 Resource Coordination
协同各部门,保障生产所需的材料、设备和人力,合理安排生产计划,实现资源最优利用与按时交付。
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and labor required for production, reasonably arrange production plans, and achieve optimal
resource utilization and on-time delivery.
数据分析与改进 Data Analysis and Improvement
分析生产数据,找出可改进和提升效率的环节,建立并维护库存控制系统,减少库存积压。
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement, establish and maintain an inventory control system, and reduce inventory overstock.
沟通协作 Communication and Collaboration
推动生产团队、供应商和客户之间的沟通,及时处理并解决各类问题和延误,向上级汇报生产情况。
Facilitate communication among production teams, suppliers, and customers, promptly handle and resolve various issues and delays, and report production status to superiors.
II. 任职要求 Qualification Requirements
1.
英文必须口语流利
Fluent spoken English is a must.
2.
拥有丰富的机加工行业经验,熟悉机加工工艺流程和设备操作。
Possess rich experience in the machining industry, and be familiar with machining processes and equipment operation.
3.
如有橡胶制品生产经验,尤其是在胶辊行业有工作经历者优先考虑。
Candidates with experience in rubber product production, especially those with work experience in the rubber roller industry, will be given priority.
4.
具备出色的团队管理能力,能够有效领导和激励团队,提升团队整体绩效。
Have excellent team management skills, be able to effectively lead and motivate teams, and
improve overall team performance.
5.
拥有敏锐的问题分析和解决能力,能够在复杂的生产环境中迅速找到问题根源并解决。
Possess sharp problem-analysis and problem-solving abilities, and be able to quickly identify the root causes of problems and resolve them in complex production environments.
6.
具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够与上下级及各部门进行有效沟通。
Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates, and various departments.
7.
熟悉 ISO9001/14001 体系。
Familiar with the ISO9001/14001 system.
