Job Responsibilities:
1. Answer questions from customers and colleagues, and provide immediate technical support services.
2. Conduct problem analysis and troubleshooting based on customer needs, and assist users in completing various tasks.
3. Establish and maintain customer relationships, monitor and feedback user demand information and market dynamics.
Job Requirements:
1. This position is for foreign technical R&D staff. Candidates should have growth and learning experiences in countries such as the Middle East and Africa.
2. Love China and identify with Chinese national culture.
3. Have good interpersonal resources in their home countries (Middle East, Africa) and be capable of handling complex customer relationships.
4. Have studied at a university ranked among the top 500 in the world, possess excellent communication skills and customer service awareness. Graduates majoring in computer science or artificial intelligence are preferred.
5. Have a strong sense of teamwork and coordination, and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
