岗位职责:
1、分析市场趋势,研究竞争对手动态,制定有效的市场推广计划和销售策略。 Analyze market trends, study competitors, and develop effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies. 2、开拓新市场,发掘潜在客户,通过电话、邮件、展会等多种渠道进行产品推广。 Explore new markets, identify potential clients, and promote products through various channels such as calls, emails, exhibitions, etc. 3、维护与现有客户的良好关系,定期拜访,了解客户需求,提供专业的解决方案。 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, conduct regular visits, understand their needs, and offer professional solutions. 4、组织并参与产品演示、技术交流会,提升客户对产品的认知度和满意度。 Organize and participate in product demonstrations and technical seminars to enhance customer awareness and satisfaction. 5、管理销售流程,从询价、报价、谈判到合同签订,确保销售目标的达成。 Manage the sales process from inquiry, quotation, negotiation to contract signing, ensuring sales objectives are met. 6、收集市场反馈,分析销售数据,优化销售策略,提升市场竞争力。 Gather market feedback, analyze sales data, refine sales strategies, and enhance market competitiveness. 7、与产品、研发等部门紧密合作,反馈市场需求,促进产品改进和服务优化。 Collaborate closely with product and R&D departments, conveying market demands to facilitate product enhancements and service optimization.
任职要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理、航空工程或相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
2、拥有2-5年市场销售或相关领域工作经验,有航空、仿真行业景者优先。
2-5 years of experience in marketing sales or relevant fields, with a background in aviation or simulation industries being advantageous.
3、具备出色的沟通能力、谈判技巧和客户服务意识。
Exceptional communication skills, negotiation abilities, and customer-centric mindset.
4、熟悉市场分析方法,能够独立制定并执行营销计划。
Proficient in market analysis techniques, able to formulate and execute marketing plans independently.
5、能够承受工作压力,自我驱动,追求卓越的销售业绩。

6、熟练使用CRM系统和办公软件,如Salesforce、Excel、PPT等。
