Responsibilities

§ Design and implement direct email marketing

§ HTML Email creation - use of templates, basic HTML, drag & drop formatting

§ Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

§ Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

§ CRM basic administration - account and contact creation, data clean up

§ Campaign data management, reporting

§ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot charts, graphs, basic macros)

§ Basic system integrations and system set ups

Requirements

§ Excellent English – written, spoken (need to attend regular online global meetings)

§ An ability to work under tight deadlines

§ Pro-activity and willingness to learn

§ Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

§ Reliability

§ Due diligence and detail orientation

§ Bachelor’s Degree and above

Nice to have

§ Tech savvy profile, hands on experience with HTML and content management systems is an advantage

§ Useful if previous experience with analytical and database tools

§ Familiarity with marketing automation technology is an advantage

§ Any coding skill or experience
