Requirements:

1.Bachelor or master degree in mechanics,automotive engineering and material, and preferred has oversea study experience.

2.Fluent English or German or Japanese speaking and writing.

3.Good communication skill with interculture capability,and preferred has internship at international companies.

4.Results oriented, and high willingness to take over the challenge tasks.

5.Regular business travel is accepted, and prefer to accept work at oversea countries more than 1 year.

6.Good at Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

1.Project management with international team to support business development.

2.Project cost management through the whole production chain cost management include the project members.

3.Competition environment analysis and competitor products benchmark to define the customer

strategies.

4.Initiate new ideas for cost improvement, new business development.
