Here are some of the responsibilities:
• Planning and control of logistics processes and responsibility for handling processes and shipping, including customs and foreign trade issues
• Process optimization in the area of the internal supply chain, from incoming goods to picking and outgoing goods
• Developing and tracking logistics targets as well as defining and monitoring KPIs
• Implementing and monitoring legal/industry-specific standards and occupational safety regulations
• Inventory security and carrying out inventories
• Checking and booking goods movements and documentation in the ERP system
• Initiating the storage, transfer and retrieval of materials and products
• Coordinating deadlines and communicating with internal departments such as purchasing/scheduling or production
• Optimization of process flows and processes in logistics
• Disposition / MRP --＞ Material and resource planning, communication with suppliers
Required profile:
• Experience in warehouse logistics
• Ideally industry knowledge in the automotive sector as well as customs
• Confident user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of project management and basic skills in written and spoken English
• Structured, goal-orientated work, commitment and team spirit
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Ability to work under pressure, hands-on mentality and assertiveness
