Here
are some of the responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer specifications (technical and
scheduling implementation)
- Developing technical solutions with our customers
- Supporting projects from the quotation phase to series
production (APQP process)
- Defining and monitoring component testing scopes (DVP)
in coordination with our customers
- FMEA creation
- Coordinate and monitor the trial production and sample
delivery stage
- Reporting project status, escalating issues and risks
internally to the supervisor
- Create and monitor project objectives and project time
schedule
- Communication and regular meetings with customers,
coordination and assistance of customer visits
- Internal information exchange with international
locations and departments within the aft group
Required
profile:
- Successfully completed technical training
(engineer/technician), preferably in the field of plastics technology or
automotive engineering
- Knowledge of project management (e.g. RGA or APQP
process)
- Ideally, professional experience in the automotive
industry (but new entrants are also welcome)
- Experience in plastics technology
- Confident user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of project management and basic skills in
written and spoken English
- Structured, goal-orientated work, commitment and team
spirit
- Independent and autonomous way of working
- Ability to work under pressure, hands-on mentality and
assertiveness
