工作职责/ Job responsibilities:
 负责完善及优化统计分析工作流程；负责统计分析等质量体系的完善及优化；

 作为部门负责人负责团队建设，项目分工，团队项目管理；

 负责制定部门长期发展规划、负责部门日常管理工作；
Responsible for the formulation of long-term departmental development plans and the daily management of the department.
 协助制定公司发展计划、发展方向；
Assist in formulating the company's development plan and development direction.
 制定统计分析项目的工作范围、预算和报价，对统计分析的工作范围、收入利润以及资源需求等方面进行预测和管理；
Formulate the work scope, budget and quotation of statistical analysis project, and predict and manage the work scope, income, profit and resource demand of statistical analysis.
 参与项目报价、竞标等商务支持工作；
Responsible for participating in project quotation, biding and other business support work.
 参与客户稽查，第三方稽查；
Responsible for participating in customer audit and third-party audit.
 协调跨部门合作相关工作；
Coordinate work related to cross-departmental cooperation.
 完成上级交办的其他工作。
Responsible for completing other tasks arranged by superiors.

人员管理职责/ Personnel Management Responsibilities
 负责统计团队、编程团队人员的日常管理和协调，以及培训和绩效管理。
Responsible for the daily management and coordination of statistical and SAS team personnel, as well as their training and performance management.

岗位要求 Job Requirement
 数学、统计、生物统计、生物信息与流行病学相关专业博士学历；
Obtained a doctoral degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics or Epidemiology related fields.
 有10年及以上生物统计师/统计师相关经验；
10 years or above experiences as a biostatistician/statistician.
 有5年及以上团队管理经验；
5 years or above team management experience.
 熟悉临床试验生物统计方面的相关指南和要求，熟悉临床试验设计与统计分析流程，熟练应用SAS等统计分析软件，熟悉临床研究常用的统计方法；
Familiar with the relevant guidelines and requirements of clinical trial biostatistics, clinical trial design and statistical analysis process, proficient in the application of SAS and other statistical analysis software, and familiar with the statistical methods commonly used in clinical research.
 较强的语言表达，写作交流和演讲能力，英语六级及以上，英文读写能力强；
Strong English communication skills both in writing and speaking. CET-6 and above.
 项目计划、跟踪和控制能力，熟练的演讲技巧及较强的沟通谈判能力，高压下工作能力；
Project planning, tracking and control skills, proficient presentation skills and strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work under high pressure.
 有跨部门协调能力。
Ability to coordinate across departments.
