岗位职责:
双语接待与服务: 负责前台日常接待,为中外部访客提供专业、热情的咨询、引导及登记服务;熟练接听中英文电话,处理中英文邮件。
总机服务: 操作总机交换机,准确、迅速地转接电话,并做好留言记录。
行政支持: 负责会议室预订、布置与管理;协助安排高管差旅;收发公司信件、快递及报刊。
环境维护: 维护前台及大堂区域的整洁、有序,营造高端的商务环境。
协调沟通: 作为服务中心枢纽,与物业、行政及其他部门保持良好沟通,确保信息顺畅流转。
任职要求:
学历与语言: 本科及以上学历,英语六级或专业八级证书,具备优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力。
专业形象: 形象气质佳,举止大方得体,具备出色的亲和力。
综合素养: 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、服务意识及应变能力,能从容应对各种突发状况。
技能要求: 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
优先条件: 拥有高端酒店、甲级写字楼或外企前台/行政实习或工作经验者优先。
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional and warm bilingual (Chinese & English) reception services for all visitors, including inquiries, guidance, and registration.
Operate the switchboard, answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately, and take clear messages.
Provide administrative support, including meeting room booking & setup, managing correspondence, and assisting with executive travel arrangements.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and premium appearance at the front desk and lobby area.
Act as a communication hub, coordinating effectively with property management and internal departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above. CET-6 or TEM-8 certificate is required, with excellent English communication skills.
Pleasant and professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
Outstanding communication, service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Prior internship or work experience in a luxury hotel, Grade A office, or multinational company is a plus.
