ITP Infrastructure

- Server and related facilities maintenance and deployment

- Hardware resource sustain and coordination from order to pay

- Hardware life management and control

- ZGC IT Budget Control (Windows & SQL license, warranty extension, tapes, and replacement)

Deployment Support

- Deployment of Physical, VM, Linux Server

- Migration or move data from old to new

- Maintenance mode for planned outage

- VM/HW SPEC modification

- Global/Local solution/project deployment support

- Server decommission

Collaboration

- Collaborate with GLOBAL team and app owners to establish, maintain, troubleshoot, migrate, ensure compliance, and/or remove server fundamental features

Daily Routine

- Server room facility sustain

- Server status monitoring with Wintel On-Prem tool

- Backup tape inventory sustain and perform Backup Restore (Files/Folders/DB)

- Patching (the iBundle including updates, patches, hotfixes, and/or other Microsoft software updates notification prior to the set schedule bimonthly)

- Assist and support factory engineer to handle FAS related server issues

- SFAT (ShareFolder) Administration

SCI Compliance Sustain

- Overall patching IT servers

- Servers without unauthorized admins

- Antivirus

- Server hardware compliance

- SQL patching IT servers

- Xlink file system permissions
