岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities：
• 负责PRECESS真空阀门如角阀、传输阀、插板阀、蝶阀、摆阀等相关机械结构设计研发

• Responsible for the mechanical structure design and development of PRECESS vacuum valves, such as angle valves, transfer valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, swing valves, etc.

• 负责真空阀门的持续改进及新阀门设计开发工作

• Responsible for continuous improvement of vacuum valves and the design and development of new valves.
• 负责精密机械零件加工工艺和质量控制、设备机械部件的精密装配与测试测量，配合生产部门完成产品总装与调试等

• Responsible for the machining process and quality control of precision mechanical parts, as well as the precision assembly, testing, and measurement of mechanical components of equipment. Collaborate with the production department to complete product final assembly and debugging.

• 探索超精密加工和装配工艺，突破工程极限，打造领先的超精密运动机械产品

• Explore ultra-precision machining and assembly processes, push engineering limits, and create leading ultra-precision motion mechanical products.

• 熟悉机械设计/材料工艺设计及原材料相关性能，熟悉产品环境及可靠性测试规范

• Familiar with mechanical design/material process design and the properties of raw materials, as well as product environmental and reliability testing standards.

• 掌握相关行业尺寸测量、组装、集成、评价分析的方法及设备

• Proficient in methods and equipment for dimensional measurement, assembly, integration, and evaluation analysis in the relevant industry.

• 完善相关图纸并归档，编制相关技术文件

• Improve and archive relevant drawings, and prepare technical documentation.
• 完成上级主管分配的其他工作

• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

任职资格：

Qualifications:
• 机械设计及自动化相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士优先

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Automation, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 具有5-8年半导体、光伏设备或真空零部件，有真空阀门机械设计经验优先

• 5-8 years of experience in the semiconductor, photovoltaic equipment, or vacuum components industry; experience in mechanical design of vacuum valves is preferred

• 熟悉各种机械结构系统设计方案，熟悉常用的机械结构件加工工艺，能正确绘制零件图纸

• Familiar with various mechanical structure system design solutions and common machining processes for mechanical components; capable of accurately drafting part drawings

• 熟练使用Solidworks，CAD等软件绘制2D、3D图纸

• Proficient in using SolidWorks, CAD, and other software to create 2D and 3D drawings

• 了解真空行业需求及技术演进，了解真空零部件前沿技术，成功主持过新产品、新技术开发落地

• Understanding of industry demands and technological advancements in the vacuum field, as well as knowledge of cutting-edge vacuum component technologies; successful experience in leading the development and implementation of new products and technologies
• 具备较强抗压能力及学习能力

• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong learning aptitude

• 具备基础英文沟通能力

• Basic English communication skills
