Job Responsibility:
职位说明:
•To accomplish sales annual goals.
完成销售与年度目标
•To maintain current customers, especially the management of key customers
完成年度销售指标 维护现有客户,尤其是对重点客户的管理
•To develop new customers, especially in the Northern China
开发新客户,尤其是北方区新客户
•To maintain company brand and marketing price system
维护公司品牌形象以及市场价格体系
•To improve the degree of customers’ satisfaction
提高客户的满意度
•To research information on competitors and marketing trends
了解竞争对手信息以及市场情况
•To hand in sales reports and marketing reports to Sales Manager
定期向销售经理提供销售报告以及市场报告
Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
其他职责与工作要求:
•Bachelor or above degrees. Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Physics Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Major in Vacuum technology and related are preferred.
本科及以上学历,要求以下专业之一: 物理,机械制造,微电子,真空专业的优先考虑
Above 5 years semiconductor or research working experience in the related area.
5年以上半导体或科研相关工作经验
•Sales and negotiation skills
掌握销售和谈判技巧
•High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customers’ needs
销售动机明确,对客户的需要有高度敏感性
•Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, instruments and other related parts.
了解OEM设备厂商和他们对真空设备,仪器和其他相关部件的需求
•Experience in managing major customer accounts and negotiating with key accounts.
有管理重点客户及商务谈判经验
•Experience in making products presentations
有做产品宣讲的经验
•Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel
能够承受工作压力并愿意出差
•Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
良好的个人与团队人际沟通能力
•Excellent written and verbal English skills and good computer skills
英语听说读写能力良好, 熟练使用电脑
•Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors’ products and activities.
商务领悟能力强,对竞争对手的产品和信息有很好的了解
•Work requires the individual to work a flexible schedule Positive attitude and good initiative in dealing with challenges and opportunities, and high team spirit
