职位说明:
• 完成年度销售指标 维护现有客户
• 开发新客户
• 维护公司品牌形象以及市场价格体系
• 提高客户的满意度
• 了解竞争对手信息以及市场情况
• 定期向销售经理提供销售报告以及市场报告
• 完成上级分配的其他工作
职位要求:
• 本科及以上学历,要求以下专业之一: 物理,机械制造,真空,微电子专业的优先考虑
• 三年及以上科研真空设备、零配件销售工作经验,有科研真空阀门销售经验优先
• 销售动机明确,对客户的需要有高度敏感性
•了解OEM设备厂商和他们对真空设备,仪器和其他相关部件的需求
• 有做产品宣讲的经验
• 能够承受工作压力并愿意出差
• 具备良好的人际沟通能力
• 英语听说读写能力良好, 熟练使用电脑
• 商务领悟能力强,对竞争对手的产品和信息有很好的了解
• 工作时间灵活 态度积极向上,乐于面对挑战和机会,高度的团队合作精神

Job Responsibility:
•To accomplish sales annual goals.
•To maintain current customers
•To develop new customers, especially in the Northern China
•To maintain company brand and marketing price system
•To improve the degree of customers’ satisfaction
•To research information on competitors and marketing trends
•To hand in sales reports and marketing reports to Sales Manager
Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
•Bachelor or above degrees. Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Major in Vacuum technology and related are preferred.
•Above 3 years research equipment or components sales experience in the related area, vacuum valve sales experience in R&D is preferred
•High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customers’ needs
•Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, instruments and other related parts.
•Experience in managing major customer accounts and negotiating with key accounts. •Experience in making products presentations
•Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel
•Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
•Excellent written and verbal English skills and good computer skills
•Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors’ products and activities.
•Work requires the individual to work a flexible schedule Positive attitude and good initiative in dealing with challenges and opportunities, high team-work spirit
