The Lab aims to inspire the next generation of scientists and innovators through hands-on, independent research experiences, offering students access to real-world challenges in collaboration with leading academic and scientific institutions.

We are seeking a visionary leader, scientist, and innovator who will design and lead this program, helping to cultivate future scientists and researchers while aligning with the Academy’s broader mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & Leadership: Create and lead the Moonshot Research Lab’s vision and curriculum, with a special focus on STEM research in natural sciences, incorporating the use of artificial intelligence as a powerful research tool.

Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with renowned research institutes, universities, and technology firms, both locally and internationally, to provide students with unparalleled research and mentorship.

Research Guidance: Guide students in conducting independent research, encouraging them to explore complex scientific problems, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance their research methodologies and outcomes.

· Teaching & Learning: Teach or co-teach courses related to scientific research, STEM education, and AI-driven methodologies, ensuring that research is deeply integrated into the broader academic framework of the school.

Community Engagement: Inspire a passion for STEM within the Moonshot Academy community, organizing public showcases, symposiums, and science fairs to highlight student achievements and promote a culture of scientific inquiry.

Qualifications:

· Ph. D. degree in a STEM field, with a strong foundation in natural sciences.

· Proven research background with a focus on using or integrating AI in scientific inquiry.

Experience in mentoring or teaching young researchers, ideally in secondary or higher education settings.

· Ability to establish and nurture relationships with international and local research institutions.

· A deep commitment to education, especially in developing innovative, inquiry-based learning experiences.

· Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a drive to inspire both students and colleagues.
