一、岗位职责

1.招生全流程推进：跟进招生数据，组织各类招生活动，开发意向申请人，确保完成招生任务；

2.招生管理优化：整理更新招生进度与信息，定期总结并配合优化招生推广方案；

3.录取环节执行：组织招生面试，审查考生材料，配合完成申请人录取工作；

4.物料协同支持：配合宣传部门完成招生物料的设计、制作与更新；

5.市场信息调研：定期收集市场动态，开展市场调研，完成招生信息的收集与整理；

6.项目事务协助：完成项目内其他相关事务性工作。

Admissions Officer for Executive Education

Job Responsibilities：

1.Full-Process Enrollment Management: Track enrollment data, organize various enrollment activities, develop prospective applicants, and ensure enrollment targets are met.

2.Admissions Process Optimization: Update and organize enrollment progress and information, regularly summarize and contribute to optimizing enrollment promotion strategies.

3.Admissions: Organize admission interviews, review applicant materials, and assist in completing the admission process.

4.Marketing Material Support: Collaborate with the marketing unit to design, produce, and update promotional materials for enrollment.

5.Market Research: Regularly collect market trends, conduct market research, and compile enrollment-related information.

6.Project Support: Assist with other project-related administrative tasks.

二、任职要求

最低学历要求：本科及以上学历；

专业要求：不限

语言要求：熟练的英语听说读写能力及文案编辑能力

其他

1.核心能力：具备优秀销售能力，擅长拓展招生渠道；

2.职业素养：良好沟通能力，责任心强，耐心细致，具备优秀团队合作精神；

3.工作配合：可接受因工作需求安排的加班与出差；

4.教育行业相关工作经验优先；

5.活动策划执行、品牌营销相关经验优先。

此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。
