任职要求岗位职责：
Reporting to the Vice President (Academic), the Digital Learning Manager will plan, implement, and evaluate eLearning initiatives, ensuring the effective use of technology and instructional design principles.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead on the design and production of a portfolio of learning solutions
•Lead on discovery, development, and implementation of new teaching and learning processes and technologies
•Lead and coordinate a range of activities centred on sharing and promoting effective educational practice across the University
•Provide training, guidance and advice on teaching and learning to faculty
•Develop and design teaching and learning recommendations that help improve learning activities
•Carry out evaluation of blended learning projects and disseminate the results internally and externally
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop innovative eLearning strategies and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality online courses and training programs
•Contribute to curriculum and course design with programme teams

任职要求：
Educational background: Bachelor's degree
Major: Information Technology or related discipline
Language preference: Proficiency in written and spoken English
Others:
1. Experience in eLearning/digital learning development and management, preferably in higher institutions
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences
3. Experience in project/programme management with advanced planning skills
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
6. In-depth knowledge of education/specialist area
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
