岗位职责
1. Help patients who have injuries or illnesses, improve their movement and manage their pain. Implement programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The main focus is to correct, maintain and prevent future injuries. 帮助受伤或患病的病人，改善运动能力并做疼痛管理。实施改善行动能力、减轻疼痛、增强力量、改善或纠正因疾病或受伤造成的受限情况。重点是纠正、维护和预防未来的伤害。
2.Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention, in consultation with physicians or by prescription. 执行并记录初步检查，评估数据以识别问题，并在干预前通过咨询医生或通过处方确定诊断。
3.Plan, prepare, or carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to correct, maintain and prevent injuries. 计划、准备和实施个性化的物理治疗方案，以纠正、维护和预防损伤。
4.Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for re-evaluation. 确定并记录目标、预期的进展和重新评估的计划。
5.Use exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients’ pain and to help them increase their ability to move 通过锻炼、伸展动作、动手治疗和设备来减轻患者的疼痛，帮助提高活动能力。
6.Evaluate a patient’s progress, modifying a treatment plan and trying new treatments as needed 评估患者的进展，优化治疗计划，并根据需要尝试新的治疗方法。
7.Documents patient care services by charting in patient and updating medical records. 通过绘制图表来记录患者治疗服务，并更新电子记录。
8.Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home. 指导患者和家属治疗方法，以便在家中继续进行治疗。
9.Maintains patient confidence and keeps information confidential. 帮助病人的维持信心并对信息保密 。

任职要求
1. Physical Therapist Degree 物理治疗师学位；
2. 5 years clinical experience 5年临床经验；
3. Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence 出色的患者服务技能和临床能力；
4. Able to handle high quality volume 能够高质量地完成大量工作。
