Key Responsibilities
. Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in (English) via phone;

Team Lead as required;
Advocate the Irip culture both internally and externally;
. Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads/Supervisors.
Requirements
Proficiency in both verbal and written (English);
Have a passion for helping and supporting others, You gain a sense of fulfillment from saving someone's day;
Able to work during weekends and public holidays;
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
Positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and result-orientated approach to work.

薪资福利：
底薪7100+绩效薪资

工作时间：9:00-18:00
岗位要求：英语口语非常流利
工作地点：上海市长宁区金钟路凌空 SOHO（携程总部），近 2 号线淞虹路地铁站
