TripAPP（携程海外平台）直招日语客服专员
薪资福利： 8700固定薪资+绩效奖金+班次补贴(综合范围11k-12k)，入职缴纳五险一金。
工作职责：
针对Trip app用户（海外携程平台），负责机票业务处理对接；日常工作内容是处理客户售后诉求，如退票、改签、姓名错、证件错，等。员工通过订单/系统操作，以及和航司/供应商等各方沟通，给客人提供售后方案，回复方式主要是电话&邮件。不同的客户诉求会有不同的对应的流程，员工需要按照流程规范为客人提供优质的售后服务。
硬性要求：日语流利可作为工作语言
优先项：日语专业，N1证书或过往工作环境全日语，海外留学生活经历等优先考虑；
能提供学信网证明的大专学历人员，必须是接受全职工作的人员（26届也可），不接受兼职情况
岗位工作时间：
做五休二（不保证周六日休，安排班7天内有2天休假），节假日正常排班，法定节假日上班三倍薪资，轮班轮换。
工作地点：上海市长宁区凌空soho（近淞虹路地铁站）
