Responsibilitires:
1. Guide the detailed design of offshore instrumentation and control systems.
2. Guide the interpretation of project specifications & standards, identify potential risks in
specifications, and propose constructive solutions.
3. Responsible for preparing and reviewing design principles, specifications, and other
documents related to instrumentation and control.
4. Guide the signing and review of technical agreements for core instrumentation and control
systems.
5. Capable of independently leading a team to complete project design tasks on time and with
quality.
6. Provide technical support and answer questions related to various instruments, valves, and
control systems.
7. Conduct training for engineers at all levels within the professional department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Measurement & Control, or related fields.
2. Over 20 years of relevant professional experience in a chemical design institute, or more
than 20 years of instrumentation and automation design experience in offshore projects,
including involvement in at least 3 FPSO projects.
3. Familiar with domestic and international codes, standards, and common industry practices
in instrumentation and automation; proficient in using professional software (e.g., SPI).

- 指导海上仪表与控制系统的详细设计工作。
- 解读项目技术规格与标准，识别规格中的潜在风险，并提出建设性解决方案。
- 负责编制与审核仪表及控制相关的设计原则、技术规格及其他文件。
- 指导核心仪表与控制系统技术协议的签署及审核工作。
- 能够独立带领团队按时、保质完成项目设计任务。
- 提供技术支持，解答各类仪表、阀门及控制系统相关的问题。
- 为专业部门内各层级工程师开展培训工作。
任职资格：
- 自动化、测控技术或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 在化工设计院拥有 20 年以上相关专业工作经验，或在海上项目中拥有 20 年以上仪表与自动化设计经验，且至少参与过 3 个浮式生产储卸油装置（FPSO）项目。
- 熟悉国内外规范、标准及行业惯例；熟练使用专业软件（如 SPI）。
- 英语能力优秀，具备流利的听、说、读、写能力。
