支持采购活动，包括招标、供应商评估与合同谈判。

跟踪设备 / 材料交付进度，协调物流以满足现场需求。

全面管控项目施工活动，监督导管架 / 上部模块的制造过程，确保焊接、涂层与结构完整性的质量控制。

支持海上安装作业（吊装、定位、固定），确保符合安全与技术规程。

组建项目施工团队，完成月度目标。

组织制定项目施工计划，编制项目施工工作分解结构（WBS），确保与整体项目计划匹配。

深度参与项目健康、安全与环境（HSE）管理，与项目 HSE 经理协作制定 HSE 计划，并参与各类 HSE 活动。

深度参与项目质量管理，与质量经理协作制定质量计划，评审检验与试验计划（ITP）。

就所有施工问题与客户进行日常沟通，解决现场紧急情况。

制定专项追赶计划，满足项目要求。

支持调试与移交工作：协助系统调试、排查技术问题，确保项目顺利移交。

支持文档编制、客户培训与最终验收流程。

预算与风险管理：建立测试、分析、调整、控制与反馈体系，有效管控项目进度目标。

担任客户、承包商与内部团队之间的联络人，定期提供项目更新。

•Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Support interface management between contractors, the third parties and client operations teams toensure seamless integration.

• Support Project risk management and conduct detail action plan to mitigate project risks.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow.

• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

• Participate in technical reviews during detailed design phases to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

• Support procurement activities, including tendering, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Track equipment/material delivery schedules and coordinate logistics to meet site requirements.

• Overall control Project construction activities,oversee fabrication of jackets/topside modules, ensuring quality control in welding, coating, and structural integrity.

• Support offshore installation operations (lifting, positioning, securing) to align with safety and technical protocols.

• Organize project construction team and complete its monthly targets.

• Organize to develop Project construction plan and to compile Project construction WBS to match with the overall project plan.

• Deeply involve in the project HSE management, to work together with project HSE manager to develop HSE plan and participate miscellaneous HSE campaigns.

• Deeply involve in the project Quality Management to work together with Quality manager to develop Quality Plan, review ITP.

• Daily communication with client regarding all construction issue to solve site emergency situation.

• Develop dedicated catch up plan to satisfy Project requirements.

• Commissioning & Handover Support,assist in system commissioning, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth project turnover.

• Support documentation, client training, and final acceptance procedures.

• Budget & Risk Management

• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular project updates.

任职资格与技能要求

机械工程 / 海洋工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；优先考虑持有项目管理专业人士（PMP）或同等认证者。

英语流利，具备出色的书面与口头沟通能力。

良好的组织能力与领导能力。

精通管理体系操作技能。

10 年以上浮式生产储卸油装置（FPSO）/ 上部模块项目经验，其中至少 3 年担任项目领导岗位。

曾在大型国际陆上 / 海上模块建造项目中担任项目经理 / 副经理职务。

具备各专业领域的施工管理经验。

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Offshore Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Fluent English ,excellent written and verbal communication skills .

• Good organizational and leadership skills.

• Advanced skills in management systems.

• 10+ years in FPSO/Topsides/ projects, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.

• Worked in an Project Management Manager/Deputy Manager role for major International onshore/offshore modules construction projects.
