 Develop and implement procurement strategies for the project.

 Manage and oversee the project procurement team’s operations.

 Identify and select suppliers based on the project requirements.

 Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.

 Perform risk management for supply agreements.

 Prepare reports on procurement / expediting status for project management

 Manage and maintain relationship with suppliers.

 Ensure that procurement activities align with overall project budget and schedule.

 Ensure compliance with all company procurement regulations and procedures.

 Contribute to a motivated, effective and efficient team with a continuous improvement culture. Ensure good cooperation with different interfaces.

职位要求：

 Bachelor degree or above / Preferably in engineering.

 12+ years of experience in procurement in chemical and oil & gas industry. 7+ years in engineering company. At least as the manager for two EPC projects.

 Fluency in English (written and spoken) for multinational projects.

 Good negotiation, analytical, organization and communication skill

 Ability to work under pressure and lead / participate in multiple projects at the time

 Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits.

 Excellent knowledge for MS Office.

 Decent understanding the knowledge related to project / engineering workflow.
