岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  根据班级课程计划实施日常教学与学习活动
  
  Deliver daily teaching and learning activities in line with the class curriculum

  
  


• 
  

  使用中英文与幼儿进行自然、有效的沟通，支持双语学习环境
  
  Communicate naturally and effectively with children in both English and Chinese to support a bilingual learning environment

  
  


• 
  

  协助主班教师进行课堂管理与幼儿行为引导
  
  Support the lead teacher with classroom routines, behaviour guidance, and student engagement

  
  


• 
  

  确保幼儿在校期间的安全、情绪稳定与身心发展
  
  Ensure children’s safety, emotional wellbeing, and holistic development

  
  


• 
  

  与教师及保育团队密切合作，保障教学与日常运作的顺利衔接
  
  Work closely with teaching and care staff to ensure continuity of learning and daily routines

  
  

任职要求 | Requirements

• 
  

  学前教育或相关专业背景
  
  Background in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  英语口语流利，能够进行全英文教学及日常沟通
  
  Fluent spoken English with the ability to teach and communicate confidently in English

  
  


• 
  

  具备幼儿园或早教教学经验者优先
  
  Previous experience in a kindergarten or early years setting is preferred

  
  


• 
  

  富有责任心、耐心与爱心，热爱幼儿教育
  
  Caring, patient, and responsible, with a genuine passion for early childhood education
