A.Assist manager to complete work plan, procedure document improvement and update；

B.Conduct regular EHS inspections and internal audits, make recommendations, and assign appropriate actions and implementation responsibilities;
定期的EHS检查和内部审计，提出建议，并指定相应的行动以及实施责任；
C.Conduct EHS risk analysis and monitoring and supervision investigation for the region, and propose continuous improvement direction according to the results of safety performance evaluation and assessment；
对所属区域进行EHS风险分析和监测监管调查，根据安全绩效评估和考核结果，提出持续改进方向；
D.To participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment of production safety and health accidents and environmental pollution accidents;
参与生产安全健康事故、环境污染事故的调查、分析和处理；
E.Participate in the formulation and evaluation of all kinds of emergency plans and organize drills regularly, test the applicability and pertinence of all kinds of emergency plans, and participate in the emergency treatment of all kinds of emergency situations of the company;
参与制定和评估各类应急预案并定期组织演练，检验各类应急预案的适用性和针对性，参与公司各类紧急情况的应急处置；
F.Planning, approval, distribution, acceptance and disposal management of labor protection articles;

G.Responsible for completing the monthly, quarterly and annual inspection and evaluation report of ESH management operation of the security environment management department;
负责完成安全环境管理部门ESH管理运行的月度、季度和年度检查评估报告；
H.Complete various government environmental and safety reports; External exchange and communication, timely access to the government's latest information on the security environment;
完成政府各类环境及安全报表；外部交流与沟通，及时获取到政府有关安全环境方面的最新信息；
I.Conduct EHS training for local employees.
对所属区域员工进行EHS方面的培训。
J.Participate in the "three simultaneous" work of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects and EHS management during the project construction phase;
参与新建、改建、扩建项目的“三同时”工作及项目施工建设阶段EHS管理；
K. Participate in the EHS promotion program for ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards; Implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local government regulations, headquarters and company requirements;
参与ISO 14001 和OSHAS 18001标准的EHS推进计划；并执行符合当地政府法规、总部及公司要求的EHS政策和程序；
L. Provide technical support for the implementation and management of laws and regulations to various departments of the company;
为公司各部门提供法律法规执行和管理方面的技术支持；
M. Participate in external audit, forensics and maintain effectiveness
参与公司外部审核、取证并保持有效性；
N. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
完成经理分配的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above, Safety engineering, environmental engineering and related majors, CET-4 or above本科以上学历，；安全工程/环境工程及其相关专业，英语四级以上

2. 3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing enterprises 3年以上制造型企业EHS经历

3.Rich experience in site management and emergency response ability, including safety, environmental protection, fire protection, occupational health, special equipment, etc.丰富的现场管理经验和应急处置能力，包括安全、环保、消防、职业卫生、特种设备等方面

4.Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated 独立工作，积极主动，自我激励

5. Team spirit and good communication & interpersonal skills 团队精神，良好的沟通和人际交往能力
