A. Responsible for production process design, evaluation, implementation and optimization.负责生产过程设计、评估、实施及优化

B. Responsible for the development and management of technical documents required for the production process, such as procedures, work instructions, etc.负责生产过程所需技术文件（程序、作业指导书等）的制定和管理

C. Responsible for new product process validation, tooling production负责新产品工艺验证、工装及模具制作

D. Responsible for product engineering changes, quality improvement, efficiency optimization, etc.负责已有产品工程变更、质量提升、效率优化等

E.Responsible for proposing, maintaining and verifying the technical requirements of tooling and equipment.负责工装、设备技术方案要求的提出、维护并验证

F. Responsible for improving and resolving problems happened in the production process.负责生产过程中发生的问题的改善与解决

G. Responsible for technical training such as production process training, tooling equipment skills training and so on.负责生产工艺、工装设备使用等技能培训

H. To improve the production process,continuously improve the production efficiency.持续改进制造工艺，不断提高生产效率，全流程产能提 升管理

I. Work with ME team to meet customerrequirements. 与工艺团队一起进行新工艺、新技术的开发及验证，满足客户的要求

J. Participate the Lean project or team, support for the lean project;参与精益改善项目及小组，协助精益活动的开展与执行

所需专业知识：

1. Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production, IE. 能够开发制造生产中使用的标准和专门流程及工具，IE知识。

2. Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). 能够熟练阅读蓝图，包括充分了解几何尺寸和公差（GD&T）。

3. Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including CPI, P/DFMEA, SPC, etc. 能够理解并应用制造标准和工具，包括 CPI、P/DFMEA、SPC 等。

4. Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and PLC controls. 能够了解工业液压、气动系统和电气控制、设备维护知识。

5. Familiar with the creation and modification of PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD, & WI. 熟悉 PFMEA、控制计划、PFD 和 WI 的创建和修改。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering,本科以上学历，工业工程及工科类专业。

2. 3-year at least work experiences related on ME, automotive industry as preferred至少3年以上制造技术相关工作经验, 倾向于汽车行业。

3. Written and readingskill on English. 英语读写能力。
